There is a TV and a sofa bed for a child (140 cm) in the reading room. The 1st arrondissement of Paris is one of the 20 districts (arrondissements) of the city. Check-in after 17:00. Check in after 20:00, on bank holidays and weekends implies a surcharge of 30 EUR.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 15% in advance. One month before arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent. The applicable taxes and surcharges shall be paid either in cash or by credit card at arrival. The security deposit will be guaranteed by a credit card upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable and an additional fixed fee of 250 EUR shall be paid. In case of cancellation between 179 days and 60 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay further 25% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 50% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, in addition to the reservation deposit and the fixed fee, the client shall pay 100% of the total rent minus 250 EUR of the fixed fee.
