This charming vacation villa in Marrakech is ideal for a small family or two couples coming for a serene journey to Morocco. All of them enjoys total privacy. Distributed over two levels the property comprises two bedrooms. The master one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. It opens onto the pool terrace. The other bedroom also has a double bed and benefits form a private bathroom. It looks over a smaller terrace with a small fountain. Both bedrooms feature underfloor heating and AC. Common areas include a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and an al-fresco shaded dining area. There is a spa area with a hammam and a treatment room shared with another villa of the estate offering various beauty and care treatments. The entertainment facilities feature a TV with international channels, a DVD, WIFI, cards and board games.

A drive to Jemaa el-Fnaa home to snake-charmers, acrobats and palm-readers will take you only 16 min, a journey to Majorelle Garden and Bahia Palace will take you 18 minutes. Marrakech is also known as the Red or Ochre city for its red-colored buildings. All Marrakech visitors must check its big markets called souks to find delicate craft works, dyed skins, Berber carpets and essential oils. Architecture lovers shall not miss Ali Ben Youssef Medersa and Saadian Tombs, while active travelers should definitely try horse and camel riding in Marrakech as well as go-karting or a mule trek.

Pool heating from November to April is included. Maximum temperature is 28C but it may vary depending on the weather conditions.

Airport Transfer:

One airport transfer irrespective of the number of guests is included. Others will be charged at 100 pounds per trip.

Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.

Private Chef: Full board from a la carte menu and soft drinks are included. Alcohol drinks shall be paid apart at the rates established by the villa.

Miscellaneous:

Unlimited spa treatments (massage, facial treatments, manicure, pedicure are included in the price. It can be arranged in the spa or by the pool.
The property is fully serviced by a team of 25 members.
A guided tour to the souks and Jemaa el Fna is included.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is flexible.

Payment Policy

The reservation deposit for the property is 40% payable in two steps (20% and 20%). The rest together with the security deposit against damages is payable no later than one month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before the arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellations less than one month before arrival, 100% of the rent is detained. All the cancellations shall be done in written. Failure to pay the balance on time is considered to be a cancellation made by the guests.
