Surrounded by charming medieval Catalan villages, within a short drive from the beach, this exclusive holiday home in Costa Brava offers you a stay of a lifetime. Distributed over 800 m2, the Costa Brava luxury villa rental by Peratallada comprises of the main house and an annex. Suitable for winter vacation, the house enjoys heating.

Main house
The main house enjoys five guest bedrooms and five bathrooms plus all the main living areas. It comfortable sleeps 8 adults and 2-4 children plus one staff member in the additional bedroom, if requested.
Ground floor
This level enjoys the house living areas. There is a spacious entrance hall, a kitchen with a breakfast area, a library, a living room and a dining room with a table for 10.
The kitchen features a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, kitchenware and tableware. The room benefits form a central island ideal for cooking.
The same floor houses an additional bedroom with a French bed of 140 cm and a bathroom accessible upon request (under confirmation). This room has no AC and it is simpler than the guest bedrooms.
The main living room enjoys a fireplace, AC and access to the garden.
The house has a TV, DVD, HIFI and WIFI. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and an ironing board.

First floor
This level houses a landing area and the sleeping area with 5 guest bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: master, queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, AC, vaulted terrace.
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, AC.
Bedroom 3: twin beds, en-suite bathroom, AC.
Bedroom 4: twin beds, en-suite bathroom, AC.
Bedroom 5: 2 bunk beds for up to 4 children or teenagers, en-suite bathroom, AC.

Annex
This building sits behind the chapel and features 2 further bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a small living area with a kitchenette. The annex sleeps 4 people. It has no AC. The annex is available upon request.
Bedroom 6: double bed, bathroom shared with bedroom 7.
Bedroom 7: twin beds, bathroom shared with bedroom 6.

Outdoors
Outside, the villa Costa Brava enjoys a garden with several lounge areas and a private swimming pool of 11 x 7 m. There is a table tennis. Children playground equipment is available upon request.
