This luxury villa in Istria is perfectly prepared for a family holiday. Set atop a hill, the holiday home enjoys marvellous 360-degree panoramic views. The property sleeps 10. There are five bedrooms, all come with en-suite bathrooms. Two master bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds, the other three have twins. Master bathrooms plus one more bathroom are fitted with bathtubs, the other two bathrooms are equipped with showers. The luxury holiday rental in Istria features a very spacious living area. There are two sitting room, one comes with a dining area with 4-m ceilings and fantastic views. The other one has an open log fire. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the modern facilities one might need for a carefree holiday. The entertainment facilities include a TV with international channels, a PC with broadband wireless Internet. Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. The rest is payable one month before arrival together with the security deposit. Minimum stay is one month.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, the total amount is non refundable.
