This charming Provence luxury villa is set among the green fields of France, just within a short walk from a lovely small town with cozy restaurants and cafes in the very heart of Provence. The fascinating Luberon will make you forget about the time and problems, letting you enjoy your holidays. The Provencal villa houses up to 16 people. There are seven bedrooms and seven granite bathrooms. Four bedrooms are fitted with queen-size beds, one of them also houses a single bed, other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and the seventh bedroom has three single beds. Five bathrooms are equipped with showers. The sixth one enjoys a bathtub and the sevenths benefits from two bathtubs (with and without the shower faucet) and a jacuzzi. All the bathrooms have a separate wc. The last bedroom and a bathroom are located in a renovated guest house (borie). The room is fitted with a double bed. There is a shower, a WC and a sink. The villa enjoys various up-to-date amenities, including the AC and WIFI. There is a totally equipped kitchen fitted with a coffee-maker, dishwasher, an ice-maker, a hob and an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, a toaster and a complete set of kitchenware and tableware. The dining area sits up to 21 people. The house boasts a lovely garden with several furnished terraces where you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, take some sun or have an al-fresco dinner, a BBQ or a pizza cooked in a wooden oven located close to it. There is a shaded tea terrace in front of a stone fountain. The laundry room has a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities. You will find books, a TV and a DVD player in the living room of the vacation rental in Provence. In addition, there is a games room with a baby-foot and a ping-pong table. The luxury villa in Provence has a football/handball field, a basketball court, a gym, a petanque area, a sauna and a Jacuzzi, a trampoline, a zip line, a huge swing and a parking space.

Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 2 EUR per person and night, payable by every guest of Provence from 1 year old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included. Bedlinen and towels are charged apart, 20 EUR per person and set.

Changeover day in 2020 is Saturday.
Changeover day in 2021 is Friday.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
