Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 25% and 25%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance. The Security deposit will be guaranteed by a Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
