Lake Como Holiday Villa : This luxury villa with a private pool and a spa in Italy is located not far from a small town by Lake Como. It enjoys a manicured garden of  3000 sq.m with an al-fresco dining area, a shower, lounge areas and a BBQ. The house is distributed over four levels. The basement houses a wine cellar and a tasting area, a steam bathrooms for eight, an emotional shower and a relaxation room. The ground floor comprises of an entrance, a powder room, a living room with a seating area for 15 and a fireplace and a dining room of about 60 sq.m with a fireplace. The same floor has the kitchen of approximately 50 sq.m with a fireplace and a pizza oven and a bathroom suitable for elderly people. It is fitted with a king-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a small private terrace. The first floor features two twin bedded bedrooms that can be laid out as doubles, a bedroom with a king size bed and another one with a queen size. All the bedrooms benefit from private bathrooms with massage showers and small private terraces. All the bedrooms of Lake Como luxury holiday villa have safeboxes, AC and flat TVs The attic floor houses a single bedroom with a shower bathroom that would be perfect for a child. The property enjoys WIFI, two cots and high chairs are available upon request. The pool can be heated upon request.

Additional Information

Daily Cleaning: General daily cleaning with the change of household linen and bath towels.

All taxes: All the taxes are included.

Rental fees: Water, internet, heating and electricity are included. The pool heating is not included and shall be paid apart at 200 EUR per day. 

Concierge service

Twice Weekly Cleaning: Bedlinen is changed twice a week.

Final Cleaning: Is to be done upon your departure.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 16:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 40%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance. The security deposit shall be brought in cash. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation one (1) month before the arrival date or less: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
