Designed by Ferdinando Fagnola, the villa is divided into three parts: the main level, the right side and the left side. The main level houses the common areas and features a living room of about 200 m2 consisting of different areas overlooking the veranda and two al-fresco dining areas. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, a hob, pots and pans, kitchenware and tableware and a breakfast table. The right side has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. While the left side houses tow further bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and a staff bedroom with a bathroom. Outside, there is a spacious garden of 1 ha, several lounge areas and a private swimming pool. The luxury vacation rental Sardinia is totally soundproofed and insulated. There is a covered parking.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 60% of the total payment, divided into 10% and 50%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be wired back to you minus bank fees, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
