Luxury Villas Tuscany : This incredible rental house located near beautiful village Radicofani sleeps 17 people. On the ground floor there is a hall, a meeting room with satellite TV, two computers with fax and printer and a large lounge with central fireplace and home theatre system. There is a master bedroom with a private shower room and an access to the garden. On the same floor you will enjoy billiard room, a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer and a main lounge with TV and three exits to the garden. There is a large kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, an American style fridge with ice maker, a plate warmer, toaster and a direct access to the garden. The first floor has an access to the outside, three double rooms each with private bathroom with shower and bath and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the second floor there is a lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, sky and home theatre system. On the same floor you will also find two double or twin rooms, a double room, another room with a queen size bed. All of them have en-suite shower rooms except one with a bath room. The air conditioning is installed in each bedrooms. This extraordinary property has an annexe with shower room, bowling alley, tennis court, pond, pergola. Moreover internet, music, heating, lighting and volumetric alarm are electronically controlled. Finally, you will enjoy the nice garden with the heated swimming pool (10m x 4,5m). Below there is a sauna for four people with shower. Feel the beauty of nature and take a walk in the completely fenced garden with a small vineyard and olive grove, lake and an organic vegetable garden with gazebo.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than two (2) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
