The villa is an ancient watch tower of the 11th century, which was recently renovated and turned into a luxury private residence. Surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean landscape this rental house is ideal for those looking for a secluded and tranquil retreat in close contact with nature. The property consists of the main tower (four double bedrooms) and the guest house (two double bedrooms). The villa features a large lawn, two terraces for dining and sunbathing and a swimming pool with breathtaking views of the sea and coastline. The ground floor of the main house features a living-room with fireplace and satellite TV, a dining area and access to a small furnished terrace offering panoramic views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern utensils you might need during your stay, such as: oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and American coffee maker. From there you can access to a furnished outdoor area, which is ideal to enjoy freshly made breakfast. On the same floor, you will also find three double bedrooms, two of which have access to the garden. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower and one with bath and shower). Upstairs, there is a large living room with dining table, comfortable sofa and fireplace. Thanks to huge windows guests can enjoy incredible 180 ° sea and coast views. From the living room you can access a charming terrace furnished with dining table to savor delicious meals whilst admiring breath-taking vistas. The third floor is the tower roof with panoramic terrace offering amazing, extensive views over the surrounding landscape. The main tower can be rented alone or with the guest house.
