Sitting on the hill and surrounded by a lush vegetation and woods, this house is a very intimate place ideal for guests that want to spend a green and quite stay. Located few kilometers away from Siena, it is a perfect place to spend vacation with your family.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area, an access on a covered pergola with dinning area, two living room with fireplace, a guest toilet and a laundry room.
First floor
There are 3 en suite bedrooms all with shower and bath tub. 2 of them have a king beds and a sitting area. the third has 2 queen beds.
The annex
On the ground floor, there is a large living room open, a spa area with heated Jacuzzi and the fourth bedroom with a king bed. Its separate bathroom with bath and shower sits on the lower floor.
Outdoors
A big garden surrounded by woods with an infinity heated pool with its sunbeds and a jacuzzi.

start of dishwasher, light cleaning of bathrooms, change of towels).
All taxes: All the taxes except for the Tourist tax (1 EUR per person and night for
5 nights from 11 years old) are included. Tourist Tax is subject to
changes following the local policies.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than two (2) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than two (2) month before the arrival date, no show or early departure: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
