This charming traditional estate for rent sits about half-an-hour drive from Granada, at the edge of a national park. Ideal base for travelling around and visiting Lecrin Valley, Granada, Malaga and the charming white villages, the house is perfect for a family or a big group of friends. The first village is only about 5 minutes´ drive away. It houses a couple of cafes, the nearest grocery shop is around 7 minutes´ drive away. Sitting on a plot of 45000 m2 in a microclimate zone, the villa normally benefits from a relatively warm winters and fresh summers.

The house sits within a bit more than 30 minutes´ drive from Granada with its magnificent architecture pearls including Generalife gardens, Alhambra, Granada bullring and others.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable. For non-refundable rates, no amount is refundable.
