Luxury Holiday Rentals‏ Barcelona : It is a beautiful apartment located in the area of Eixample (left part) next to a metro station. It is equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay of two or three people. There is a cozy bedroom with a twin bed opening on a lovely terrace with a solarium area and loungers, and an ensuite bathroom outfitted with a shower. For your comfort, complimentary toiletries will be placed in the bathroom. The apartment comprises a living-dining room with a table for four people and a TV-sitting area and a totally-equipped kitchen, where you will find all the cutlery, tableware and pots that you might need for a short or a long stay. There is a ceramic hob, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee-maker and many other pieces. The building is equipped with a lift and an intercom door system for your security. There is AC and heating systems and wifi. The property can be slightly different from the pictures as there are several units on rent in the building.

Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving cafe culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city's trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and cafe terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date or less: the amount of the first night is to be paid.
