Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid.

First visit to Barcelona Found city to be amazing Enjoyed stay at the place very much, beautiful accommodation and loved the long stem rose. Thank you. I would like to make some suggests to improve the accommodation even more. 1. Apartment requires an electric jug for boiling water as I had to boil water in a saucepan on stove. 2. No cups for making tea, had to use expresso cups. 3. An iron board and iron would be very beneficial to have in apartment.
