You will have both heating and air-conditioning, parquet, tiled and marble floors along with the stone walls and huge windows. The studio sleeps four people in two double beds, in two different sleeping areas. There are two complete bathrooms with marble floors where you will find free toiletries and bathrobes. The studio has a small kitchennete with fridge, coffee-machine, microwave, minibar and kitchenware. This luxurious studio has a TV with satellite channels. Payment Policy

In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the rent  in advance. Once you check in, the day of your arrival, you will have to pay the balance of the rent either in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation 72 hours before the arrival date: the amount of the first night is to be paid.
