Description

This spectacular mansion is thought for you to spend an unforgettable vacation close to the sea. Having been owned by the mayor of Barcelona, situated on a huge plot of 50 000 sq. m, this landhouse comprises beautiful gardens created by Nicolas Forestier, who developed the famous Champs-de-Mars below the Eiffel Tower, and his student Rubió i Tudurí. The house boasts a tennis court, fronton, a pool (17 x 7 m), a pivate chapel, a parking for 15 cars, a cellar, various furnished terraces and verandas, stables with horses and a ping-pong table area. There is a amin house with 13 bedrooms and an annex and a guest house (rented as extras). The main house comprises of three floors. On the ground floor you will find a totally-equipped kitchen with a hob, a microwave, two ovens, two dishwashers, several fridges and a freezer and all the utensils and cutlery that you might need in order to prepare a nice dinner. There are two dining-rooms and various outside dining areas. Further entertainment facilities, there are two libraries, a living room divided into three living spaces (90 sq.m), and TV sitting area. For the music lovers, there is a Steinway piano. The floor has a guest toilet. The main house sleeps up to 24 people in 13 bedrooms. The first floor features a spacious hall, a small sitting room and five bedrooms. Four of them are equipped with king-size beds and two of them can be converted into single beds upon request. The fifth bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. Three of the bedrooms have private terraces. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms equipped with bathtubs and separate wc and bidets. The second floor features another spacious hall and six other bedrooms. One of them is equipped with a super king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds of 105 cm upon request. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate wc and a bidet. Four other bedrooms are outfitted with king-size beds (can be separated upon request). They share two bathrooms with bathtubs, and separate wc´ s. The last bedroom is fitted with an inseparable king-size bed and enjoys a private bathroom with a bathtub, a wc and a bidet. This luxury house has 2 annexes for four people in total. The first one sits just by the main house. It has a small but recently renovated bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Further on, there is a guest house with a bedroom. It is simpler than the main house and would be a great option for teenagers or staff members. It has a double bed and a small bathroom with a shower.
There are two toilets in the garden area.

This luxury house is located in the area of Maresme, in St. Vicenç de Montalt, between Arenys del Mar and Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. Lying between the mountains and the sea, but next to Barcelona, the Maresme area offers its guests beautiful landscapes and countryside calmness. The region is known for particular water streams called 'rieres' that cross it through. Just in a half an hour drive you will arrive in Barcelona where you will be able to enjoy all the modern city commodities, such as cosy bars and upscale clubs, alluring theatres, rich museums and famous restaurants.

Additional Information

All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 2,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.

Concierge service

Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.

Miscellaneous: You can either rent the whole estate with 15 rooms or just the main house without the annex with 13 rooms. The prices for two options are different, please enquire.
Ball games are prohibited in the lawn.
The guest house and annex are simpler than the main house and are more recommended for staff members and teenagers.

Check in/out policy

Check-in after 17:00.
Check-out before 11:00.
Changeover day is Saturday.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation one (1) month before the arrival date or less: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
