Additional Information
Daily Cleaning: 6 hours daily maid service (bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas) Monday to Friday.
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Catalonia from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.
Bedlinen & Towels: Pool towels are included.
Final Cleaning: Final cleaning is included.
Miscellaneous: Pool heating is not included and can be arranged upon request at 100 EUR per day plus three days of mandatory pre-heating. Parties are not permitted.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay the reservation deposit of 50%, divided into 18% and 32%. in advance. One (1) month before arrival you shall pay the rest together with the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
