All the rooms have direct access to the terrace that features, on one side, a beautiful covered pergola shading a large teak table and, on the other side, a wide play area for kids. The dining area of the ground floor has a table that sits up to eight people. The upper floor, also opening on a very large terrace, consists of five more bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite shower-equipped bathroom, and a bedroom offering you the same amenities but the bathroom of which is equipped with a bath and a shower faucet. There is also a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bedroom with twin beds, sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower faucet. One more bedroom with twin beds is located nearby. It has a shower-equipped bathroom. The house comprises a guest studio with a sofa bed and an adjoining shower-equipped bathdroom. It is on the same level. We are in a charming Costa Brava province called Girona. Be closer to art – travel to the fisher village of Cadaques, the shelter of Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso and Federico Garcia Lorca. Feel the mystery and go to the ancient Besalu, and have a look at its famous Roman bridge. Touch the medieval architecture of Peratallada and breath the herbs smell being in the air during its Herb Festival. Go to Palafrugell and explore its narrow streets that have been fortified long ago. Visit the St. Martí's church built in the 11th century. Go to Llafranc, loved so much by Salvador Dali And Ernest Hemingway, and have a nice stroll along the sea. Visit one of the various museums and galleries. Go to the stunning secluded rocky coasts near Tamariu and Begur. Get into the crystal clear water, considered the purest of the region. Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be given back to you, should no damages occur to the property. The cleaning shall be paid in cash at arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 1 month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 1 month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
