This stunning villa rental Costa Brava is perched above the sea in Port Lligat, by Cadaques town. The house enjoys unforgettable sea views. It offers full privacy and first-class amenities. Designed in the 60s, the house comes with 5 acre private terrain delimited by the sea and a pine forest. It was totally refurbished in 2018 to become an exceptional 9 bedroom seafront villa. The property has more than 500 m2 and sleeps 20 people. There is the main house with 5 bedrooms and 4 exterior bedrooms with independent access.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All the bedrooms come with individual climate control. The master bedroom features s king-size bed, a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. It has a bathtub, a shower and an independent toilet. Further on, there is another master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom. It also has a shower, a bathtub and an independent toilet.
Then comes a family suite with a queen-size bed and a sitting room with a convertible sofa of 140 cm that can be used for children. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a toilet. The sitting area is some steps down.
Further on, there is a bedroom with 4 bunk beds (80 cm each). It has en sn-suite bathroom with a shower and an independent toilet. Also, there is an office that can be converted into a bedroom for 1-2 people. It has a bed of 140 cm and a bathroom with a shower. There is a WC.
The next one is another bedroom with a queen-size bed and single bed of 80 cm. It comes with a bathroom with a shower and WC. Further on, there are three twin bedrooms. Each enjoys 2 single beds of 80 cm.
Living areas
The common areas include a living room, a kitchen, an interior patio and a laundry room. The living room features a sitting area with with a fireplace and a piano and a dining area. The room opens onto an interior patio with two small dining tables. In addition, there is a totally equipped kitchen. It features an island with a small breakfast area.
Outdoors

For airports, you can either arrive in Girona Costa Brava airport that lies about 1 h 20 minutes away or Perpignan Airport set within 1 h 30 minutes drive. Further on,Barcelona airport is about 2 h 20 minutes away from the house.
