Also, the house is within a stone´ s throw to several golf courses. With contemporary and sleek interiors, the house is perfect for a family or friends vacation. The common area of the house include a sitting room opening o the pool and a small fitness area with a treadmill. Further on, there is a living room with a small sitting area with 2 armchairs, a TV and a fireplace. It has a small dining area with a round table for 5 and an open-plan totally equipped kitchen.
The kitchen enjoys a central island with stools perfect for cooking and breakfast. Also, it features a toaster, a wine fridge, a fridge freezer, an oven, kitchenware, cutlery and tableware.
Outdoors
The house enjoys a garden with a lawn and private swimming pool. It has Roman steps and a sunbathing area with umbrellas and loungers. The pool sits on the lower floor of the house. Both middle and upper floors enjoy balconies. The middle floor house an al-fresco dinning area and a sitting area. There is a BBQ.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 35% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 35%. Two (2) months before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the security deposit. The Security deposit will be returned to you, should no damages occur to the property.

Min. 7 nights bookings for the rest of the year.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable.
Cancellation less than 2 (two) months before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
