This spectacular historic villa is a luxuriously restored mansion just south of Barcelona. It is a private residence with a living area of more than 1000 sqm; allowing you as much space and privacy as you like. There is a huge land parcel of about 1 214 058 sq.m. where you will find almost 14 km of amazing areas of vineyards, olive groves and such fruit trees as pear, cherry, walnut and almond, herbs (rosemary), vgetables and mushrooms, making you feel you are near the Mediterrenean Sea. Moreover, you will see it, see the sea. You will have the views from 200 meters altitude onto the coastal resorts of Sitges and Villanova Y La Geltru. There are four twin/double bedrooms, three 2-bedroom suites with king-size or double sofa beds, one suite with a king-size ned and a double sofa bed in the living area. All bedrooms and suites have ensuite facilities. There is also a marvellous cottage where slees up to 4 people. It is close to the villa but independent unit, with its own kitchen and bathroom. In the main villa there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and central heating and air conditioning. Relax in the living room watching a movie on the surround sound homecinema. If you come by car, you will not have to think and rethink where to leave it, as there is a car parking for over twelve cars. Take some sun in the garden lying on the sunbeds under the parasols, prepare barbecue in the special lounge area. Your Sitges trip will be unforgettable as there is a Scandinavian fireplace with a lounge. If you some in spring or summer, you will have a great option as there is a infinity solar-heated swimming pool of 18,6 x 6 m. Moreover, there is a jacuzzi and a special children swimming pool, plus a ping-pong table, a basketball net, a games room and a snooker room. As well, there is a wine vat and a cellar. This house has a great history behind. It was built in the XVI century and was extended in the XIX century and was used for winemaking and farming. However, now it s high-end property that was adapted to the luxury standards preserving the authentic details and charcteristical features. This villa is a luxuriously restored masia just south of Barcelona. This tranquil haven has more than 300 acres of private grounds with vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees. There are 17 different beaches along the 4 km stretch. What shall be definetely mentiones is the Sitges Beach and its promenade that runs the length of the beaches is popular for summer evening strolls and perfect for rollerblading or biking on its smooth surface. Sitges is one of Europe's most famous seaside villages. It enjoys some of Spain's and Barcelona's most finest restaurants, fabulous nightlife, numerous beaches (including nudist and gay beaches) and great shopping. Also, it's only 30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 20 minutes from the airport making it a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing seaside environment with the convenience of a major and culturally enriched city. The Villa is situated close to the Garraf National Park, which is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The area also boasts several vineyards and wineries with many offering tours and wine tasting. Just 5 minutes, is the bustling social and beach life of Sitges and 5 minutes from a well-established 18-hole golf course. South of Sitges is the historic city of Tarragona with its Roman amphitheatre and PortAventura with it's roller coasters, rides and Aquatic Park. Travel west and visit Montserrats Benedictine sanctuary with its famous Black Madonna. To the north, Medieval Gerona and Dalis Museum in Figueres. In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% in advance. 6 weeks before arrival you will have to pay the balance of the rent of 50%. Should the balance not be paid 6 weeks before arrival, the reservation shall be considered cancelled. Credit cards are accepted with the charge of 2%.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the arrival date: the reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than 6 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
