This spectacular country house has the rustic and restful ambiance of yesteryear. However, within its walls are all the comforts and luxuries you're looking for. The villa has 7 large suites (each one, charmingly different). Every room has it's own en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, safe, TV and DVD. During the day relax by the large salt-water pool and at night, let off steam with a Turkish bath, sauna or Jacuzzi. And when you feel like the beach, the beautiful and popular beaches of Sitges are just minutes away. Whatever your mood, a truly different holiday experience awaits you. There are seven rooms in total, three inside the country house itself and four bungalows with private terraces and all have spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. For the romantics amongst you, our premier room has its own fireplace and two person bathtub. All four of the bungalows have their own large private terrace with outdoor shower. And all the rooms are beautifully finished and unique in their own way. This villa offers many amenities only available in 5 star hotels. A large beautiful swimming pool with teak lounge chairs, large outdoor dining area with views to the pool and mountains, 6 person outdoor jacuzzi, separate steam and sauna rooms and a great terrace of 150 sq.m. Linen and towels are included. Maid service provided free of charge 1 x week. Pool and garden maintenance also provided free of charge.

The popular seaside town of Sitges is only 10 minutes away by car. Sitges is one of Europe's most famous seaside villages. It enjoys some of Spain's and Barcelona's most finest restaurants, fabulous nightlife, numerous beaches (including nudist and gay beaches) and great shopping. Also, it's only 30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 20 minutes from the airport making it a perfect location to enjoy a relaxing seaside environment with the convenience of a major and culturally enriched city. The Masia is situated next to the Garraf National Park, which is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The area also boasts several vineyards and wineries with many offering tours and wine tasting. Just 10 minutes, is the bustling social and beach life of Sitges and 15 minutes from a well-established 18-hole golf course. South of Sitges is the historic city of Tarragona with its Roman amphitheatre and PortAventura with it's roller coasters, rides and Aquatic Park. Travel west and visit Montserrats Benedictine sanctuary with its famous Black Madonna. To the north, Medieval Gerona and Dalis Museum in Figueres. Not forgetting Barcelona one of the hippest cities in Spain, which is only 30 mins away by car or train.

Additional Information
All taxes: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.
Rental fees: Gas, water, electricity and Internet are included.The use of sauna and steam room is charged apart, 250 EUR weekly.
Twice Weekly Cleaning: Two general cleanings with change of bedlinen and towels are included for 7nights+ stays.
Final Cleaning: Is to be done upon your departure.

Payment Policy
In order to reserve a property you must pay a reservation deposit in advance. It consists of two parts: first, you shall pay 15% with a credit card via the website, then, you shall make a transfer of 40% directly to the Owner. One (1) month before arrival you shall pay the rest. The security deposit will be paid upon arrival with a credit card and be returned no later than 1 week after your departure, shall no damages occur to the property.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation more than one month before arrival, 55% of the total rental price is not refundable. In case of cancellation one month before arrival or less, 100% of the rent shall be paid.
